Prana Flow

Prana Flow, developed by Shiv Rea, is breath based vinyasa yoga. In plain language, this means mindful breathing is synchronized with movement in deliberate directions toward finding comfort in specific poses.
Though the pace of a class is measured and steady, this is not “Lazy People Exercise”! Every talent level from Beginner to Advanced can always find some positive effect by honoring their own needs and respecting their personal limits.
