Class Schedule

Private classes and semi private classes using supportive yoga postures are available by appointment only. Private session $50.00 and Semi Private $25.00 Registration is required for all classes. The cost is $80.00 for 8 classes. (All walk-in classes are $15 if you have not registered for the full session. All classes must be taken within the session.  Special exceptions are made for emergencies or illnesses.)
