My name is Nancy Hill. I became interested in massage after personal experience. After a neck injury forced me to choose between surgery and a more natural approach to healing, I became interested in practicing massage therapy. After over a year in physical therapy, which my doctor provided while I was also receiving massage, my pain and symptoms were managed well enough not to have to go through with surgery.
Many of life's activities can cause aches, pains, and stress in the joints. Athletes, those who are physically active, and those who have sustained injuries can all be helped thru increased joint mobility. In my practice, I use a variety of modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial, swedish massage etc and blend to develop a custom massage tailored to each individuals needs.
Unless otherwise noted, all massages are $60 per hour and $80 per 1 1/2 hours.
NEW! Seated Massage For Your Special Event: I will go to your event, offering seated massage for your clients, friends, family, etc. I provide everything, including chair, music, etc. The cost is $15.00 travel fee, and $1.00 per minute per person, with a minimum of $30.00.
NEW! Learn to massage your spouse, partner or child: I offer private sessions for you and your loved ones to learn to give a swedish massage! The cost is $70.00 for one hour; $125.00 if we travel to your place.
Swedish Massage: Uses classic European and therapeutic massage techniques to increase circulation and soothe tense muscles. Promotes an overall feeling of well-being and relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage: A therapeutic massage that will focus on specific problem areas. It returns blood flow and relaxes muscles under stress.
Stone Therapy: Uses the penetrating heat from basalt stones to warm and relax muscles bringing relief to tense muscles and sore joints. This is often used in combination with Deep Tissue Massage; once the muscles are relaxed the practitioner can achieve better results.
Lomi Lomi Massage. It is a sacred Hawaiian Healing massage, based on ancient shamatic rite of passage originally designed to enlighten the being in the physical body. It incorporates movement, breathwork, and the power of intention. ($90 - Between 1 and 11/2 hours)
Lavender Salt Glow: This treatment is a Swedish massage with fine salt and scented oil to exfoliate and soften the skin. ($75.00 - Approximately 1 hour)

Cranial Sacral, Samyama healing, and Reiki I and II.Marti Thomas is a graduate of the 500-hour program from Synergy Therapeutic Massage Center and Training School. Her experience includes Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, and Cranial Sacral massage modalities. She is also a trained Master of Samyama Healing, having studied under Sheila Foster for 10 years. Marti has been attuned in Reiki I and II.
Marti integrates all of her professional training into a personalized approach to meet the needs of each individual. She is very attuned to each persons need and tailors the massage accordingly. You and your body are sacred and deserving the utmost respect.

massage, scar tissue release, and swedish massage.Jamie is a 2003 graduate of The Alternative Conjunction School of Massage Therapy in Lemoyne, Pa, a 600 hour training program. After graduation from the basic program Jamie attended a 60 hour medical massage class also offered by The Alternative conjunction.
She returned to school in 2004 and graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in Pompano Beach, Florida, an 1149 hour program, with her Associates of Science Degree in Natural Health, concentrating in Advanced Therapeutic Massage, and also obtaining her certification in neuromuscular as well as sports massage.
Neuromuscular: A specific and scientific approach to muscular pain relief that will help bring balance between the musculoskeletal system and nervous system. Enhances function of muscles, joints and biomechanics.
