Dr. Christine Sheridan has opened her medical practice, Integrative Pathways to Health & Healing LLC, at the Center, and is accepting new patients now. Dr. Sheridan has dual board certification in both Family Practice and Holistic Medicine, and has over ten years of practice experience in central Pennsylvania.

She specializes in an holistic approach to family practice. This integration of the East and the West offers the most effective complementary therapies and the best of conventional medicine. She believes in the importance of treating the whole person. This belief is rooted in her training as an osteopathic physician.

Dr. Sheridan emphasizes the central role that nutrition, exercise and environment play in the formation of health and wellness. She focuses on working with patients in a partnership to discover the path by which each individual patient may find healing. Her philosophy is to help patients arrive at the underlying causes of their illness, educate them in preventative measures, and empower them to achieve optimal health and wellness.

The integrative approach to medicine has been helpful in preventing illness and maintaining health. It has been successful in the treatment of many individuals with a wide range of medical problems. These conditions include diabetes, hypertension, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, arthritis, headaches, allergies and asthma, chronic sinusitis, anxiety and depression, digestive disorders, PMS, menopausal symptoms, ADHD and insomnia, as well as many other disorders.
